1972 SWB K10
1972 Shortbed K10. Stock Chevy 350 with a SM465 4 speed tranny
and 205 tranfer-case. Brand new HEI distributor. Detroit tru-trac
in the front and an Auburn posi in the rear. 3.73 gears with Moser
axles and 32'' BFG's mounted on 5 factory powder-coated crushed
silver Chevy Ralley rims.Bilstien shocks all the around and new
springs with a 2 inch lift. Rhino lined bed with a gas tank door
graphed in to get rid of tank behind the seat. Factory AM radio in
dash and a CD player mounted under dash with 10 speakers throughout
truck. No holes in my kickpanels, I used the plastic speaker
holders to cover kickpanels.
Truck came from the factory white, however, I had the entire truck
repainted inside and out. Also, the underneath was undercoated.
All brackets and hinges as well as core support and new inner
fenders were powder coated black. All new poly mounts.
Factory Vacuum gauge and soon to have a new tilt column thanks to
GMCPAULS.
